These are long, column-like pieces of ice that go into tall drinks and highballs. Frequently referred to by our customers as ‘magic ice,’ the blocks are so clear that they disappear completely in a gin and tonic!

The size and density of the ice, with low surface-to-volume- ratio, means it chills fast and melts slowly, ensuring that the last sip of your drink is as good as the first.

Here at Navy Strength Ice Co., we freeze purified water from the bottom up, eliminating air bubbles and impurities in the process. Each machine produces a 150kg block of ice over four days, resulting in completely transparent, flawless ice.
Using specialised saws and tools, we then cut these blocks into perfectly sized cubes and spears for cocktails. 
Each block is guaranteed to be as clear and consistent as the next, every time.
