Our giant ice block makers freeze purified water from the bottom up to produce two 150kg blocks of ice every three days, every inch of which is completely crystal clear. Using specially designed ice saws and tools, we then hand-cut these mammoth blocks down into blocks and spears perfectly sized to suit a Negroni or Tom Collins. Quality and consistency are ensured to guarantee each block is as flawless as the last.
