We will deliver Monday through Friday between 10am and 3pm.
Regional deliveries need to be placed by 12pm Friday, for delivery the following week through orders@navystrengthice.com
Orders can be collected by prior arrangement. We require all orders to be placed at least 2 business days in advance, and 7 days notice for orders of more than 500 pieces.
Deliveries are booked subject to availability and we will always strive to fulfil your delivery as soon as possible.
For custom orders, including display pieces, we recommend getting in touch at least a month prior to your special event.

CARE & HANDLING
Ice is a food product. Handle with clean hands.
Ensure that your ice is not too cold before serving. Because the ice is so pure, it is sensitive to temperature changes and can 'crack' when liquids are poured over it. To avoid this, we remove the ice from the freezer a little in advance, so the frosty coating melts and the ice reaches a temperature closer to that of the liquids you're using.
Ice absorbs and releases aroma and flavour. Keep it in sealed bags or containers in the freezer to avoid unwanted flavours.
Store your ice in a temperature-controlled freezer at all times to keep its shape and clarity and to prevent melting and bonding.
When preparing a round of different drinks, we suggest building your rocks drinks first - they are less delicate than other cocktails, and can wait while you make the other drinks. In fact, your rocks drink will benefit from the small amount of dilution while it waits for a minute or two. Remember, this large, dense block dilutes slower than other ice, so your rocks drink will maintain its integrity until the last sip.
